About
I'm Nelson Martinez Landaeta. For fifteen years I've done the work that makes operations actually run: the integration glue between systems, the reconciliation nobody volunteers for, the operating cadence that keeps a fast-growing company from breaking as it scales. Most of that work is invisible, and most of what decides whether AI pays off lives right there, in the 70% that happens after the demo.
I write and build in the open about how to operationalize AI without the hype: the frameworks, the stack patterns, and the Claude implementations that move revenue instead of headlines. I work in English and Spanish, and I stay close to the Latino operator community I came up in. I also volunteer as IT Director for Casa de Venezuela Orlando.
I run my own practice, The Back-Office Club, on my own time. When I point you to my own tools, I'll tell you they're mine. Everything I publish is the thinking. The services are scoped separately, and that's on purpose.

The 70%.
If that was the 70% you have been missing, that is exactly what the newsletter is for.
